FAQs

What service areas do you cover?

We service Solano County, Napa County, Sacramento County, and Yolo County.

What kind of “varmints” can you eliminate from my property?

We can remove a variety of wildlife, including raccoons, snakes, bats, possums, skunks, wild pigs, pigeons, and many other animals.

What if I don’t know what kind of wildlife has moved into my home?

Oftentimes, people can hear the telltale sounds of critters moving about their property, but they don’t actually see an animal. If you are in doubt, just give us a call and we will investigate.

Do you use pesticides or harmful chemicals when removing animals?

No, we do not use pesticides or chemical treatments in the services we provide. We take a humane approach to trapping critters, and then we remove them from your property.

Are your services safe around children and pets?

Yes. We bring a unique, caring solution to your problem situation, using safe practices that bring no harm to your children or pets, or even to your unwanted guests.

How can we prevent animals from getting into our home again?

We inspect your building to identify any potential entry points, and we recommend that these points be sealed to prevent future access. We can perform this service for you, ensuring that your property is as secure as possible against wildlife.

If an animal has caused structural damage to my property, can you repair the damage?

Depending on what the structural damage is.  We are able to repair or rebuild damage to a certain extend.  Otherwise, we will recommend consulting a licensed contractor for further inspection.

What happens if you must cause some structural damage during the removal process, in order to get to where the critters are nesting? Can you repair the damage?

We will cause as little damage as possible, since we are very good at identifying the exact point of entry and the area where critters may be nesting. We will make every attempt to let you know in advance if we need to damage your building in order to reach the animals. We will recommend consulting a licensed contractor for further inspection.
